In 2009, James produced "Caught in the Crossfire", a seven-part teaching series based on Steve and Becky Riggle's 1978 life-altering experience in a Philippine prison. In 2003, James created Big Sky Media and transitioned his role to better serve a wider variety of ministries seeking exposure through media's rapidly-evolving landscape. An honor graduate of the University of North Texas' Radio Television & Film program, James has applied his experience at national television ministries such as Lakewood Church,Life Today with James Robison and Houston's Grace Community Church, as well as dozens of other ministries throughout the United States. James Logan has produced, directed or edited over 5,000 hours of faith-based television programming. Steve has authored a book entitled “The Sharper Edge,” which was published in 2001, and his messages have been broadcast on nation-wide television. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for the King's College and Seminary located in Van Nuys, California and has done leadership training in various settings, in the states and overseas. Additionally, Steve serves on the executive team of Houston Area Pastors Council, a group of pastors seeking to serve the whole body of Christ in the Greater Houston area as it mobilizes to reach the whole city with the gospel. Steve currently serves as President of Grace International, a fellowship of over 2,300 churches nationally and internationally. An additional campus of Grace began in The Woodlands, Texas in October of 2005 and Oceanside, California in 2010. During their tenure, Grace has grown to over 14,000 members. In 1983, Steve & Becky moved to Houston, Texas, and began Grace Community Church where they are presently serving in the role of Senior Pastor. They served as pastors at that location for almost ten years. In 1974 Steve and Becky joined the Christian Evangelistic Assemblies (now Grace International) and started a church in Livermore, California.
Steve grew up in an Assemblies of God church and was licensed in 1969 as a minister.
